Pioneer of Synchronized Swimming in Texas. Joy Voluntarily coached the Shamrock Hilton Corkettes for more than 30 years.  Involved on the National/International Synchro scene for over 60 years. Served as Chief Official at numerous International championships, including 6 Olympic Games, 11 Pan American Games and 4 World Championships. Joy continues to travel the world officiating and promoting the sport she loves.
